Admission and Registration 2022/2023
Kindergarten admission:
* Pre-KG kids who were born in 2019 are eligible for admission.
* KG1 kids who were born in 2018 are eligible for admission.
* KG2 kids who were born in 2017 are eligible for admission.
Grade one admission:
Grade 1 students who were born in 2016 are eligible for admission
Grades 2 to 12 admission:
1) The candidate students should have passed the previous grade and should be excellent and well-behaved.
2) The candidate students should sit for an admission test in English Language, Mathematics and Science and be interviewed after the release of the results.
3) The students should abide by the school uniform.
4) The students should abide by all the school’s internal regulations. In case of any violation, discipline rules issued by the Jordanian Ministry of Education, which are distributed on the students at the beginning of the academic year, will be applied duly.
Required documents for new stduents
- Four personal photos.
- Jordanian students should submit a birth certificate with the national number written on it alongside with a copy of the family register book. The birth certificate should be certified by Civil Status Department.
- Foreign students should submit a valid copy of their residency from the Ministry of Interior and a copy of the passport certified by their embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- A copy of the vaccination card .
- Transfer certificate for the new students who are moving from other schools.
- The last school certificate for the admitted students from grade 2 to 12.
- Report cards for the admitted students who are transferring from other private schools from grade 2 to 12.
- Grade 8 & 9 school certificates for the students admitted in grade 10.
- The student’s school records for the students who are admitted in grades 2 to 12.
- The school’s card should be brought for the high school students.
Additional requirements
1) The Palestinian (Gaza) students who are holding a temporary Jordanian passport should submit a copy of their passport.
2) The Palestinian (West Bank) students should submit an official letter from the Department of Follow-up and Inspection and a copy of their passport.
3) The Palestinian students who are holding Palestinian documents should submit a No-Objection official letter from the Palestinian Affairs Department.
4) The guardian of the Egyptian students should submit a valid work permit statement and a copy of his passport.
5) The students who are transferring from a Kuwaiti school should submit an official letter from the Cultural Attache’s office in the Kuwaiti embassy.
6) The Syrian students should submit their security card.
7) The students who are transferring from the GCC countries should submit a copy of their passport.
8) The other Arab & foreign students should submit a valid residency permit and a copy of their passport.
